In more than 30 years ago The PRC Government was allowed to reform and open the market and at the same time the industry of China is growing in rocket speed.
However, in the recent years the rise of raw material cost and labour cost as well as the keen competition from the developing countries, manufacturing companies in PRC without any reform is very difficult to survive.
Several years ago, we made a difficult decision. We gave up manufacturing all kind and size of plastics tool. We only concentrate in injection tool for automobile and big size tools.We are lucky that we had made the above decision.
We are not just reforming our product and we are also reforming our internal management;
・We are truly to serve our customer and thinking beyond customer expectation.
・We are executing internal micromanagement to ensure do it right at the first time and resulting in lower cost.
・We improve the interaction of all level of managements so as to reduce production and quality issues.
・We also implement humanized management so as to add human touch between the machines and men.
